Delivery Area & Fees We offer local delivery in Mableton and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees depend on the destination and are confirmed when you place your order.
Delivery Scheduling Same-day delivery may be available depending on order time, flower availability, and our delivery schedule. Please call to confirm. We make every effort to accommodate requested delivery times, but exact times cannot be guaranteed. Holiday deliveries may require advance ordering.
Accurate Delivery Information Please provide the recipient’s full name, complete address, telephone number, and any apartment, suite, gate code, or special instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery and result in an additional delivery fee.
If the Recipient Is Unavailable We may contact the recipient or sender to arrange delivery. When appropriate, flowers may be left with a receptionist or another authorized person. Flowers will only be left unattended when authorized and when weather and location allow. If a safe delivery cannot be completed, the arrangement will return to our shop.
Redelivery An additional fee may apply when another delivery attempt is needed because of an incorrect address, restricted access, or recipient unavailability.
Businesses, Hospitals & Funeral Homes Please include the business or facility name and any room, department, or service details. Deliveries are subject to facility hours and acceptance rules. For funeral orders, please provide the deceased’s name and the service date and time.
Weather & Unexpected Delays Severe weather, traffic, or other unexpected conditions may affect delivery. We will communicate significant delays and coordinate an alternative when needed.
